First of all, i really love this author, So it’s gonna be really hard to give a review. For one, I love this series. I love how it has such a different setting. There aren't a lot of royal-themed books out there, and reading them would let you feel like you have the eyes and ears inside the palace. You can’t help but imagine Prince William and Duchess Kate, their own wedding, their own love story. Plus, you really cannot help but dream of being the royal princess, to be swept off your feet by a prince (literally) and to live in a real palace. So this whole series will give you exactly that!

Since this is the book 3 in the series, there is always the possibility of having expectations. The first 2 books were really amazing, they have totally different style, different story, and you'll wonder if the 3rd installment in the series will give you the same intense feeling (amazing characters, sizzling hot scenes, etc.)

If you've read the first 2 books, you probably know Logan and Ellie. Well Ellie is a sunny, joyful, adventurous type of girl. She started to be a very jolly teenager, one who is fond of adventures and isn't afraid to try anything, the type who would just “suck the lemon dry”. Basically, she is the “goals” when it comes to teenagers. She’s smart and funny and really kind, both to her father and older sister. Even though it is her who will carry the burden, she would gladly accept it so that her loved ones will get to be happy for a few moments. She grew up to be a wonderful person, you would think that (oops spoiler alert!) because her sister was married to the prince, she would turn into a snobbish gal. But no, she proved to have grown into a better person, kinder, more understanding, more loving. And Logan is, well, really hot, very manly, the type who would protect you. He’s the kind of guy who is dedicated to what he does, to his beliefs, to his calling and passion. He would not let anything come in his profession, let alone his own happiness. He is such a good man, the kind you wish there’s more like him around you. He’s the type you’d want to have for a father, brother, but mostly your significant other. In short, he’s the “beau goals”!!

Well a few things I really admire about this book: first, how the story really builds up to the couple. Like their love story did not just come from one event. It is not a typical boy meets girl, boy courts girl, then they become a couple, then something bad happens then it’s resolved and then they live happily ever after. No! I love how it helps you slowly anticipate what’s gonna happen, “is this when they will fall in love”, “will they kiss now?” , “when will they tell their feelings!”. I love how exciting it is to keep wondering, to not just be able to predict how things are gonna happen. I love how your excitement slowly builds as their story unfolds.

Another thing, is the fact that the other characters from the previous books are also in here. You get to follow their lives, what happened after the “happily ever after”, what’s next for them!

I just love how this book really showed that happily ever afters are not only for the princes, for the royals, for the elites. Everyone deserves their happy endings, and it does not matter what status you are in, or where you find it, or with whom, what matters is the happiness of both individuals, the love they have for each other! I love that even though it is practical to just move on and go for the usual, Ellie knows what she wants and so she'll keep on pining for that person. I admire the fact that even though this is tagged as a romance novel, it is also about family and honor and friendship and duties.

The one thing I didn't like about this book: It’s too short! Can we have like additional chapters? Or extra scenes? Or a novella about all of them? I’m so hooked with these couples!!

It's really fun to read books by Emma Chase. They're entertaining, and exciting and easy to read. When you wan't to relax and have a good time, then you just have to grab any of her books. I adore the banters of the characters all the time, the witty statements, the hilarious teasing, their sexiness!
