The very first thing that came to my mind when I read the first few chapters, “what the fneokddj is this?!” Because seriously, there are too many jargons in this book. I felt so confused most of the time, and i learned to just skim over it just so I’d be able to go on with the story. I feel like if you‘d sum up all al the jargons, it’d probably take half of the book(or maybe a quarter of it). So that’s the major issue I had when I read this, I took down this book, I had 3 attempts to finish it, but only in my 3rd try did I finally succeed!

F U Ed Slaterton!!! You are the reason why most girls cry, why a lot of teenagers suffer heartbreak. You are the very definition of a douche bag! You are the epic reason why there are sluts and bitches, because you lead them on, you accept them, and you even flirt back!!!

I thought that, despite of the title, the ending would be different. But boy was I wrong! I was wrong about a lot of things in this book, but I admit that eventually I learned to like it. Despite the jargons, the unnecessary examples (for me), it was a really good book. You just have to look past the clutter to see the true value. Just like what happened with Min, you have to be really careful before you judge someone (something). Most of the time, the people showing you kindness are the ones stabbing you behind your back. And the really honest ones, those kind who are direct with you upfront even though they’re hurtful a lot of times, those are the ones who’ll stick with you, who’ll help you when you’re down. Take out their cursing, their hurtful words, their snobbish actions, and you’ll see the kindness and trueness of their feelings.

I’d recommend this book to everyone who’s taking their time reading. Those who are in a rush, or wants to have a good reading for a few hours, this is not for you. It’ll take you hours and focus to really enjoy this. But once you got the hang of it, you’ll surely have a good time. I surely did! (despite the impending heartache)
